Who is Eligible?
Our 2023 scholarship competition is open to students who are U.S. residents or students at U.S. schools who fall within these three categories:
- High school juniors and seniors
- Students currently enrolled in two-year or four-year colleges or universities
- Students accepted or currently enrolled in graduate school
Applicants who are younger than age 17 must provide parental consent to enter. Employees of Mushkatel, Gobbato, & Kile, P.L.L.C., Consultwebs, Inc., and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the competition.
What is the Topic?
Your essay must address this topic:
Do you believe in the institutional integrity of today’s federal governmental bodies? Identify and defend your position.
How Do You Enter the Competition?
To enter our scholarship competition, you must submit:
- An essay of 600 words or less (as a Word document in .doc or .docx format)
Only one essay is allowed per student. The essay must be original, and you must cite all sources of information. Plagiarism is a serious violation and will result in automatic disqualification.
Additionally, your submission must include:
- A copy of your school transcript or proof of enrollment
- A cover sheet with:
- Your name, address, and contact phone number
- The name and address of your school
- A photograph of yourself (in .jpeg format)
- A short bio of two-to-three sentences which describes yourself
- A signature of a parent or guardian (if you are younger than age 17).
