Rebecca Hall

Rebecca Hall is a graduate of Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa. Additionally, she attained an LLM in Elder Law, with Distinction, from Stetson University College of Law. Rebecca is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association. She has been licensed to practice law in Arizona since 2003.

Rebecca raised two children, one with special needs, and was actively involved in parent support groups, advocating for appropriate educational supports and services for her daughter.  She is a graduate of the Texas Partners in Policymaking, a leadership training program for individuals with developmental disabilities and for parents who have a child with a developmental disability. Rebecca has lived the experience of raising a child with a disability which has given her the personal experience of navigating disability rights and accessing Medicaid & other public benefits for her adult daughter. She practices in the areas of estate planning, guardianship, conservatorship, ALTCS planning, and special needs planning.
